Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from MojoShop. Paying at checkout means you accept them.

Orders and payment

An order is a request until MojoPay confirms payment. Prices are in Ghana cedis. The platform collects payment; sellers do not run their own checkout.

Delivery

Sellers pack their own items. Delivery times are estimates. Track an order on the shop with the order number and checkout email. When a tracking number exists, it appears there.

Refunds and returns

If an item is wrong, damaged, or missing, contact us with the order number. We will work with the seller. Refunds go back through the original payment method when MojoPay allows it.

Your details

We use your name, email, phone, and address to take payment, pack, and deliver. We do not show seller names on the public shop. We do not sell your details.

Disputes

Ghana law applies. Write to us from the contact page before taking other steps.
